Centre County 911 alerted Local Box 231 for a report of a large tree blocking the highway on the Benner Pike and Stone Crest Drive. Captain 192 (Shaw) arrived on the scene and with the assistance of the R/E-114’s crew they were able to clear the debris from the roadway. Captain Shaw placed Box 231 in service at 1338 hours.
