Centre County 911 alerted Rescue Box 211 for a reported vehicle accident with injuries at the 1100 Block of East Bishop Street in Bellefonte. Department Chief 5600 (Bruno) arrived on the scene and reported (2) patients out of the vehicle with the vehicle upside down into a fire hydrant with a water leak. Chief Bruno placed Box 211 in service at 0136 hours.
