Centre County 911 alerted Fire Box 137 for a reported Automatic Fire Alarm sounding in a residence at 139 Willow Bend Drive in Benner Township. E-111 arrived on the scene followed by the Tower Ladder and found a light smoke condition inside the home. Crews found a smoldering log in the fire place was the cause. Captain 191 (Persic) placed Box 137 in service at 1339 hours.
