Centre County 911 alerted Fire Box 180 for a report of a passenger car on fire at mile marker 162 Westbound of Interstate 80 in Marion Township. R/E-114 and E-210 arrived on the scene and found a tire was rubbing the inner fender of the car causing it to smoke. Crews cleared at 1915 hours.
